I went into this one with no knowledge of it running anywhere except for all the stories I had read about it. I was coming into this on blind, because I hadn't heard of it. I wasn't even sure if I would like it. And I wound up not liking it.More than once I wondered if the movie was trying to be an interesting take on what happens when a person finds $8 million worth of money in the middle of nowhere, and then it ends up being a really boring movie about people trying to get it.I kept waiting for something more interesting to happen, and not really finding anything. The last fifteen minutes of the movie almost seemed like it was trying to be a drama about how the four people are going to try to get away from the hiker and their mob.Yeah, it almost seemed like that wasn't the focus of the movie, because they just spent the last fifteen minutes of the movie having a conversation about how they would try to get away from the man with the money.Instead, the main focus seems to have been on John Cusack's character hitching all over the state of Washington, and spending his time looking for a way to get away from the people that are after him.
John Cusack makes his best effort in this movie but he still fails to produce any sense of emotion for the viewer to sit through the movie \"Blood Money\".In short, if you care for the characters, don't go to far with the relationship between the characters. 7211a4ac4a
